Terms of Service

WASL is a digital marketplace connecting shippers with independent truck drivers — it is not a trucking company and does not own trucks. The platform is not a party to the transport contract between shipper and driver, does not guarantee delivery, and does not process payments in the first version — payment is cash, directly between the two parties.

A driver must hold an approved account and at least one approved truck with its documents before submitting offers, and the platform may review accounts and suspend those that violate its rules, to protect platform users.

WASL is currently available in Baghdad and Basra. These terms may be updated, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
