Every driver account is reviewed before they can submit offers.
Truck document review
At least one truck and its documents must be approved before full participation.
Ratings after every trip
Shipper and driver rate each other after every completed delivery, building transparent reputations.
Suspension and support controls
We have tools to suspend violating accounts and a support team to help when needed.
What we do not promise — yet
- We do not run full criminal background checks.
- We do not provide cargo insurance or guarantee delivery.
- We do not process payments in-app — payment is cash between the two parties in the first version.
- These capabilities may come later and will be announced clearly when launched.
